Advanced Legal Research Courses for Intersession and Spring Semester 2020

To help you become efficient and effective researchers, and to help you meet your experiential credit requirements, there are several courses being taught by librarians during Intersession and Spring Semester 2020.

  • Intersession: Advanced Legal Research Methods in Specialized Subjects: Corporate & Business, a 1-credit topical course taught by Mr. Don Ford (January 6-10)
  • Intersession: Advanced Legal Research Methods in Specialized Subjects: State Legal Research Iowa, a 1-credit topical course taught by Ms. Ellen Jones (January 7-10)
  • First eight weeks: Advanced Legal Research Methods in Specialized Subjects: Historical Legal Research up to 1865, a 1-credit topical course taught by Ms. Noëlle Sinclair
  • Semester-long: Advanced Legal Research, a 2-credit survey course taught by Mr. Don Ford
  • Semester-long: Advanced Legal Research Methods in Specialized Subjects: Family & Elder Law, a 1-credit topical course taught by Mr. Ted Potter
