George Washington's personal copy of the Laws of the United States, First Session 1789 has returned from a whirlwind tour of the Presidential Libraries and has taken up permanent residence at Mount Vernon. This historic publication, also known as the Acts of Congress, offers a rare glimpse into the establishment of the American government.
