LexisNexis and Westlaw Reminders

As we prepare for fall semester, the Law Library wants to remind you of some recent changes to LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Remember LexisNexis migrated to a single ID system this summer. Now, your Lexis Advance ID will be the only ID you need. If you have already registered your Lexis Advance ID you don’t need to do anything. If you do not have or cannot remember your Lexis Advance ID, please contact our LexisNexis representative, Kendra Campbell at Kendra.Campbell@lexisnexis.com. Please note your LexisNexis ID has been deactivated.

The Westlaw printers have been removed and free printing is no longer available. However, you may still print from Westlaw Classic and WestlawNext to an attached printer using the same printing icons on your screen. Remember to keep current on emerging legal issues and trends with the Alerts feature. The Alerts feature has been added to WestlawNext. Alerts are now located in the upper-right corner on the homepage. Unfamiliar with this feature? Contact our Westlaw Academic Account Manager AJ Krause, aj.krause@thomsonreuters.com for information about upcoming training opportunities
