For those of you who like to know what the Law Library acquires on a regular basis, we have several methods for you to stay in the know. If you haven’t been in the library lately, the New Books area has expanded significantly since last summer. We regularly display over 80 books on easels, with more than 400 additional new books shelved below.
If you don’t have time to visit the library in person, we offer an easy way to see the new books. Go to the Law Library Collections web page; at the bottom, you will see 2 links. One link allows you to set up an alert for what the library receives each week; the other link takes you to the monthly list of new acquisitions. By bookmarking the Collections page, you can easily check what the library has acquired each month. Finally, the library features a new book every week in the “Featured” box on the library home page. As a Circulation Librarian would say, “Check it out!”
