The recent acquisition of Gale’s newest MOML collection, Foreign Primary Sources, 1600 – 1970, completes our The Making of Modern Law collection. The newest digital collection of primary sources complements the digital collection of treatises available in Foreign, Comparative and International Law 1600 – 1926. Foreign Primary Sources, 1600 – 1970 provides access to superseded statutory codes for Northern, Western, and Eastern European countries, as well as commentaries on and analysis of the codes. This digital collection includes works in English, Dutch, French, German, Irish, and Italian. This is the first of a two part collection. The second part is coming soon and will cover southern Europe, Latin America, and jurisdictions outside Europe.
