Biographical Information

Benjamin T. Hopkins earned his bachelor's and legal degrees from Yale University. He joined the faculty of University of Iowa College of Law in 1968. He remained at Iowa until 1973, when he moved to the University of Hawaii. He also served in the U.S. Navy from 1954 - 1957. His worked focused on international law and banking issues.
