Biographical Information

Charles Frederick Luberger earned his bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College in 1907, an LL.B. from University of Iowa in 1910, and S.J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1927.  He was a Lecturer in Bankruptcy at the University of Iowa College of Law from 1923 to 1926, and during the summer of 1930.  Thereafter he joined the law faculty of University of Cincinnati.  His work focused on bankruptcy and corporate law.  He died in 1941.
