Biographical Information

David Kader holds degrees from California State University, University of Washington, and University of London.  He taught law at University of Warwick in England from 1974 to 1975 before joining the law faculty at Iowa.  He served as a professor at University of Iowa College of Law from 1975 to 1979.

After leaving Iowa, he joined the law faculty of Arizona State University.  Prior to teaching, he clerked for Justice Robert Utter of the Washington State Superior Court.  His work focuses on criminal procedure and constitutional issues.
