Biographical Information

Fred Morrison holds bachelor's degrees from University of Kansas and Oxford University, a Ph.D from Princeton University, and a legal degree from University of Chicago.  He taught law at University of Iowa College of Law from 1967 to 1969.

After leaving Iowa, he joined the faculty of University of Minnesota College of Law, where he continues to teach.  His work focuses on international law.
