Biographical Information

Fred L. Mann was a faculty member at University of Iowa College of Law from 1964 to 1966. He also worked as an Agricultural Economist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He represented the University of Iowa College of Law in the Iowa-Peru Project - Instituto de Reform Agraria y Colonizacion, and in 1968 the government of Peru awarded him the Order of Merit for his work.
