Biographical Information

Professor Williams received his BA from Ball State University, an MA from the University of Maryland, a JD, MPhil and PhD from the George Washington University. He joined the Iowa Law faculty in 1977; he served in admissions, financial aid, student & faculty recruitment, and student support programs. He taught criminal law, criminal procedure, and legislation.
