Perma.cc

Mar 29, 2018

Perma.cc seeks to address the issues of link and reference rot by archiving online content and providing you with a permalink to that content.

The University of Iowa Law Library is a Perma.cc registrar, which provides faculty members with the ability to archive as many links as they need for their research and writing.

If you are interested in using Perma.cc, please contact Amy Koopmann at amy-koopmann@uiowa.edu so she can assist you in setting up an account. For more information, see Perma.cc’s faculty guide.

HeinOnline Enhanced Author Profile Pages

Mar 29, 2018

HeinOnline offers authors the option to create enhanced Author Profile Pages. While HeinOnline automatically creates a basic author profile for all authors with journal articles held in HeinOnline, enhancing your profile page allows you to include a photo and a biography, among other things. For authors who publish under multiple name variations, enhancing your author profile also allows you to link those name variations to a single author profile.

To enhance your Author Profile Page, you can fill out this form, or contact Amy Koopmann at amy-koopmann@uiowa.edu for assistance. Amy can also help you determine the name variations under which your publications appear in HeinOnline.

For more information on Author Profile Pages, please see this HeinOnline blog post.
