As the Collection Services Librarian, Ellen is responsible for organizing and monitoring the complex flow of materials through the Law Library. This includes overseeing and tracking binding operations, serials and continuations workflow, and other processing and organizational tasks. Additionally, she represents the Law Library’s interests in the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) and the Iowa Depository Office and oversees the procurement and preservation of government documents within the Law Library.

Ellen has an MLIS degree from the University of Iowa and a Graduate Certificate from the University of Iowa Center for the Book. Her professional memberships include the American Association of Law Libraries and the Mid-American Association of Law Libraries.
