Biographical Information

Robert A. Hillman earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1972.  After graduating, he clerked for the Hon. Edward C. McLean and the Hon. Robert J. Ward in the Southern District of New York.  After practicing as an attorney in New York City, he joined the faculty of University of Iowa College of Law.  He taught at Iowa from 1975 until 1982, when he joined the faculty of Cornell Law School.  His work focuses on contract law.
