Biographical Information

Samuel M. Fahr earned his bachelor's and legal degrees from Harvard.  During World War II, he served in the United States Navy. He taught at University of Iowa College of Law from 1957 until 1989. He also served as a legal advisor to the Peruvian government.  His work focused on admiralty, criminal law, jurisprudence, and land use planning. He died in 2004.
