Austin has a B.S. in History Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and worked in education before receiving an MLIS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During his time in the program, he worked in multiple user-focused roles at the University of Wisconsin Law Library. Outside of work, he likes to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family, cheer for his favorite sports teams, and get lost in a good book.
