Reserving the Law Library Study Pods

  1. Visit the Study Pod Bookings page.
  2. Select a pod and the time you wish you reserve, enter your name and email address, and select "Book."
    • Book up to two hours per day in 30-minute slots. You can only book one slot at a time, but can immediately select the "New booking" option to go back and book another slot.
  3. You should receive a confirmation email.

Law Library Study Pod Policy

  1. Appropriate Use: Study pods are intended primarily for individual study, reading, research, and academic work. Pods may not be used for sleeping, lounging for extended periods, or other activities unrelated to library or academic use. Study pods may be used for teleconferencing, such as interviews and classes. 

  1. Food and Drink: Please do not eat food or drink any beverage other than water in a closed container. If a drink should spill, all evidence must be cleared afterwards. Cleaning supplies are available at the Circulation Desk. Students will be held liable for any damage to library materials, furnishings, or premises resulting from the transportation, storage, and/or consumption of food or drink.   

  1. Time Limit: Please use the space only during your reserved time. Students are limited to two hours of pod usage per day. 

  1. Furniture and Equipment: Do not move, alter, or disassemble pod furniture or equipment. Do not affix decorations, signs, or other materials to the pod. Report any damage or maintenance issues to the Circulation Desk. 

  1. Cleanliness: Please leave the pod in a clean condition for the next user, including removing trash and all personal belongings when you leave. If your pod is unclean when you arrive, please report it to the Circulation Desk. 

Repeated or serious violations may result in loss of study pod privileges or other action under applicable Law Library policies.
